Piston valve - shiny metal is where it was dragged across the bottom of the bore in service. Bores have oversized about .150 in diameter.

Valve sleeves - can be bored out, but would it make better sense to replace them with greater steam passage dimensions?

Cylinder - about .025 left of the counterbore on the bottom, about .225 left at the top.

Yes, there should and are based on what I see. The photos are on another online archive and linked to this list. You might have something preventing automatic links from working in your browser. I get it on both Firefox and Explorer just fine.

Dave, it must be something with the proxy server my work uses. I can see them fine at my personal computer, but not on my laptop from work. Thanks.
